1. Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Exceptions

3. Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact us to receive the appropriate return address.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Any refund issued will exclude original shipping costs.
