Fildena CT is prescribed for:
- Treatment of erectile dysfunction in men
- Pulmonary arterial hypertension (marketed as Revatio)
Dosage Instructions
For erectile dysfunction:
- Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
- Maximum once per day
- Effects last 4-6 hours
- Requires sexual stimulation
For pulmonary hypertension:
- Standard dose: three times daily
- Maintain 4-6 hour intervals
Critical Safety Information
Do not combine with:
- Nitrate medications (including heart medications)
- Recreational "poppers"
- Riociguat (Adempas)
Seek immediate medical help for:
- Erections lasting over 4 hours
- Sudden vision changes
- Chest pain during activity

- Store at room temperature (15-30°C)
