Description
Abhigra Oral Jelly is prescribed for:
- Erectile dysfunction (ED) in men
- Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adults
Mechanism of Action
- For ED: Inhibits PDE5 enzyme → increases penile blood flow
- For PAH: Relaxes lung arteries → improves blood circulation
Dosage & Administration
- Take as needed (ED) or as prescribed (PAH)
- Effects begin within 30-60 minutes
- Avoid high-fat meals before intake
Contraindications
Do not use if:
- Taking nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin)
- Under 18 years old
- Female
- Allergic to sildenafil
- Severe heart/liver/kidney conditions
