Aprezo 30 mg Tablet is prescribed for treating plaque psoriasis (scaly, itchy, red skin patches), psoriatic arthritis (joint inflammation in psoriasis patients), and oral ulcers. Psoriasis is a chronic, non-contagious, and debilitating condition that can occur at any age, most commonly between 50 and 69. Psoriatic arthritis affects some individuals with psoriasis.
Aprezo 30 mg Tablet contains Apremilast, a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. It works by blocking certain inflammatory chemical messengers, reducing symptoms of psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis.
Take Aprezo 30 mg Tablet as directed by your doctor. Continue use for the prescribed duration based on your condition. Common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, and back pain. These usually subside over time, but consult your doctor if they persist.
