Dosage Instructions
For erectile dysfunction:
- Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
- Maximum once daily
- Effects last 4-6 hours
- Requires sexual stimulation
For pulmonary hypertension:
- Standard dose: three times daily
- Maintain 4-6 hour intervals
Critical Safety Information
Absolute Contraindications:
- Nitrate medications (including heart medications)
- Recreational "popper" drugs
- Concurrent use with riociguat (Adempas)
Emergency Warning Signs:
- Erection lasting over 4 hours
- Sudden vision changes
